Eric Reiffenstein MFA:

I am a
Silver Spring based photographer and educator working in the greater DC metropolitian area. I employ Digital, as well as traditional Black & White and color techniques. I use traditional large (4x5 & 8x10) and medium (Holga) format cameras as well as 35mm and digital SLRs. When shooting film the negatives are scanned, and Adobe Photoshop is used as a digital darkroom adjusting the contrast, burning/dodging, and removing of dust and scratches. The Black & White images are then printed onto archival paper using Cone Edition's Pieziographic ICC profiles and carbon based pigments for optimum longevity, while Color images are printed on
